It is not mandatory. You may book lodging of your choice according to your budget and at your own responsibility. Hotel packages include single or double room (max. 2 people).

Includes the physical book Planning Sustainable Gastronomic Tourism Destinations (delivered at workshop), online version, and the Manual of Businesses, Gastronomic and Tourism Products in PDF (value $1,750 MXN). Payment before September 4 includes online book and PDF manual (value $940 MXN).

If you cancel 20 days in advance, the net amount received is refunded. At 10 days, the amount may be used for other CEGAHO events or services. Prices do not include VAT or other taxes.
